What's to condone, as the article you linked to points out its a fake. A funny bit of photoshop but they didn't actually change the real sign.

I meant condoning or encouraging the idea of people doing this for real.

Although i'd say its unlikely to find an irish town that sounds like a street fighter special move.

I'd say that'd make an awesome competition though.
